Renovation

Transforming existing spaces with care.

Understanding the capability

What is
Renovation?

Renovation improves or adapts an existing structure while working within the limitations of the original building. It can involve repairs, layout changes, services upgrades and new finishes, but the right scope depends on the condition and intended future use of the building.

The process starts with the existing building and client requirements, then sequences selective changes so structural, electrical, plumbing, interior and finishing work can be coordinated responsibly.
